Perfect lunch for the kids!
4 large soft spinach tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce or thick pasta sauce
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup broccoli slaw
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Colby cheese
Lay spinach tortillas flat on a work surface. Combine pizza or pasta sauce with Alfredo sauce. Spread a layer of sauce in the center of each tortilla. Arrange shredded chicken and broccoli slaw in a wide strip in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle cheeses over the top of the entire tortilla.
Fold the bottom 2 inches of the tortillas over the filling ingredients, leaving a straight edge at the bottom of each wrap. Fold the sides of the tortillas inward, overlapping.
Place wraps, seam side down, on a baking sheet lined with nonstick foil. Bake at 350° for 6 to 7 minutes, just to warm. Use a wide spatula to remove each wrap from the baking sheet.
