1 cup coconut milk
1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
1 mango, skinned and chunked
5 large strawberries, hulled
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

I came across this recipe one day during my search for BBQ recipes when I thought to myself, “It’s summertime and everyone wants to feel skinny and healthy so why not serve this smoothie as an appetizer at my 4th of July BBQ.” Nobody wants to feel bloated from eating greasy food and pasta salad and then put on a bathing suite for a quick swim. This smoothie is guaranteed to keep you full and tastes great! If you don’t enjoy strawberries or mango you can change the fruits you put in. You can try blueberry and strawberry for a very berry taste or maybe pineapple and coconut for a tropical taste.
